Classic Belgium Tradition at The Boardwalk in Lund ~ April 1st
The Boardwalk Restaurant was closed all winter, they kindly agreed to our experimental pop-up The Italian Peasant on Valentines, where we served up our local chef foodie experiment to 74 friends and neighbours, raising $232 for the LCS community kitchen upgrade that will enable more locally grown food to stay in the community.
It was a hit, so now we return April 1st with Nico’s Classic Belgium 3 Course Menu.
From one tasty success to another, now once a month, we offer a delightfully relaxed dining experience with friends, and fresh local tasty food.
April 1st, Chef Nico offers a fresh-made three course meal * cooked with local Belgian beers in all three course, yes even stout the ice-cream dessert, sourced from and paired with Belgian beers from our local Townsite Brewery.
This is not your usual dining experience. This is artisan fare. It’s a slow delicious dinner with friends.
Chef Nico is excited to share some favourite dishes from his homeland, born and raised in Brussels, now building their family home here in Lund, he shares his Belgium tradition of delicious food cooked in flavourful beers.
