Mooos is ideally served from the fridge, better yet 5 minutes at room temperature (out of direct sunlight)
We recommend you store Mooos in the freezer, then thaw 20 minutes on the counter at room temperature before serving, or take it out the night before into the fridge.
Some folks like Mooos frozen, yet it was not intended this way, the flavour profile is designed to be enjoyed slightly chilled.
